Eyeball Standard Travel A-Arms for the Polaris Predator 500.

Eyeball Standard Travel A-Arms are tig welded out of 4130 Chrome-moly components. These A-arms are built to holdup to the abuse that todays EXTREME riders will inflict on them. The Eyeball Standard Travel A-Arms are built using 1" chrome-moly tubing for both the upper and lower arms. Although these A-arms are not made using some complex design and do not have gussets and/or added supports everywhere, these arms are built to last.

The Eyeball Standard Travel A-Arms for the Polaris Predator 500 are built using the Delrin bushings in the pivot area. These bushings are proven to last. The Eyeball A-arms have the Caster already built into them. Much easier to install and setup. Not only are Delrin bushings proven to last and the installation is easier, but this design is tougher than other pivot options. The bottom line is that these A-arms are SIMPLE in design and TOUGH in action.

The Eyeball Standard Travel A-arm Kit for the Polaris Predator use a custom press in ball joint similar to the factory ball joints. These ball joints are made specifically for Eyeball Engineering and is much more durable than the factory ball joints.

The Eyeball Standard Travel A-arms for the Polaris Predator 500 are built using the Long Travel design but use the factory length shocks.

This kit includes the items needed to do a basic install. Here is what it includes:

    • Includes Delrin bushings and seals (Some kits come with collars. If your kit does not come with collars then you can use the factory collars)

A-arm Configuration

Width: The wider your go, the more stable the quad becomes. The suspension also gains wheel travel when you widen the stance.

Forward: The forward position is determined from the stock location. Depending on the rider, bike and type of riding, some people want to change the forward position of the A-arms to help keep the front end down , balance the weight of the quad or add bite in a corner.

**ATTENTION RACERS - If you are purchasing A-arms for racing, be aware that +3 a-arms on most ATVs may put the width of your ATV over the regulation limit. If you are running negative offset front wheels (4+1) then you may be able to run +3 A-arms. Please be aware of the regulations, know your equipment and do your homework before ordering.

When we developed the Interceptor Clamps we decided to create a completely NEW and IMPROVED design rather than copying the industries standard, deficient, outdated brake line clamps.

FUNCTION
Where standard clamp designs use only one screw to fasten the clamps, the Interceptor design utilizes two stainless steel screws offering superior clamping power.

DURABILITY
Just like the Interceptor Body Armor used by the US Military, the Interceptor Clamps have a tough protective coating. Interceptor Brake Line Clamps are Hard Anodized which provides a much more durable and abrasion resistant coating than Standard Anodizing. This coating protects the clamps finish from harsh debris like sand and rocks. This means that your Interceptor Clamps will retain their awesome appearance, after even the hardest of rides. Hard Anodizing is used in industrial applications while Standard Anodizing is commonly used for cosmetic applications.

DESIGN
With a completely new and original design, the Interceptor Brake Line Clamps keep the brake lines close and secure to the a-arms, out of harms way.
