Most items we sell will be shipped directly from the manufacturer/distributor. This means that you may have items that ship from different locations.
We do not offer expedited shipping on many items because these items are either built when the order is placed or some of our manufacturers/distributors may not offer expedited shipping. Please be advised that if you choose to expedite shipping (if offered) on a product that we do not currently have in stock, we will request the distributor to expedite the product to you. If for some reason the part cannot be expedited we will contact you immediately.
Please Note that TRAX ATV LLC is strictly a parts reseller. We rely on our vendors to ship the products directly to our customers in a timely manner. Please be advised that TRAX ATV LLC is not responsible for orders that are late, delayed or back ordered. We work closely with our vendors/distributors and do our best to get your products shipped as quickly as possible.
Many products like swingarms, a-arms and shocks are built to order (built when an order is placed). Please allow up to 20 business days for these parts to ship. Most of the time these parts ship much sooner if not immediately but there are certain times of the year and certain products that may take up to and possibly more than the 20 business days to ship.
All products are subject to availability. Some of the products that we sell are not always readily available because of their popularity. TRAX ATV LLC will utilize all of its resources in order to meet the shipping date. We will contact you if your products are not going to ship on time.
With the downturn in our economy we have seen a big change in our industry and how the manufacturers/vendors/distributors stock items. Occasionally our distributors may be out of stock or back-ordered on an item. If this happens we will place your name on the back-order list so that once the item comes in it will ship to you immediately. We will also contact you via email and inform you of the status of the part and when it is expected to be delivered. Unless we hear otherwise, we will leave your order open and your name on the back-order list.

TRAX ATV LLC does not Warranty or Guarantee any parts that it sells. All Warranty claims and issues are handled and backed by the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer for any warranty issues. TRAX ATV LLC stands behind the products that it sells and will assist the customer in contacting the manufacturer if needed. Because we are committed to our customers, we will act as a liason between the customer and the manufacturer in order to assure all warranties are handled and that our customers are taken care of.
All Warranties are valid only to the original purchaser and are not transferrable. The original sales invoice/receipt is required for all warranty claims. Without the original sales invoice/receipt, the warranty is not valid. The warranty period is determined from the date of the original sales invoice/receipt. All warranties are governed by the manufacturer, not TRAX ATV LLC.
Foreign Warranties
Please be advised that the product warranties only cover the repair or replacement of the product. It does not cover shipping costs to or from the customer. All shipping costs associated with the warrantied item are responsibilities of the customer. TRAX ATV LLC is not responsible for and will not pay for shipping costs associated with a warrantied item. The customer will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to either TRAX ATV LLC or the manufacturer. The customer will also be responsible to pay for the shipping cost to ship the item back to them.
